Return Window
You may contact us within 3 days of delivery with your request. To be eligible for a refund, you must have an unboxing video of the package received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement.
Unboxing Video Requirement
The unboxing video must include the sealed delivery package being opened and display all sides of each book received.
